Covering the Trampoline:
The Accessory Pack (£49) includes a COVER, it can be used to totally cover the trampoline when not is use. Simply unattach the net at the top of the poles, allowing the safety net to be stored under the cover.
VORTEX Safety Enclosure: 
Designed exclusively for Telstar Trampolines, the Vortex ‘Lantern’ style safety enclosure has been designed for maximum use of space, whilst at the same time providing superior safety and maximum rigidity by using the latest fibre rod technology to create a secure frame around the top of the net.

This Telstar Trampoline will be delivered by Parcel Force and will need to be signed for. Once we have processed your order ready for despatch you will receive an automated email from us notifying you of your delivery day.Please provide a mobile telephone number and you will then receive SMS text messages from Parcel Force at various points throughout the delivery and they will send you a message on the morning of delivery providing you with a one hour delivery slot. Via this text message you can choose to accept the delivery slot or you can choose to have your order delivered on another more convenient day.Please note free delivery is for the UK Mainland only. Delivery to Ireland / Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands / Isle of Man etc may incur a delivery surcharge.
Returns Policy
Please Note: Telstar Trampolines have a strict returns policy.
Trampolines that have been built or partially built cannot be returned for a refund.
Goods can be returned within 7 days. It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the customer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method. Proof of dispatch may be required. Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, any damages or shortages will incur a restocking fee.
