With our pressure treated tongue and groove construction, you will have the added peace of mind, of a stronger structure than your normal overlap cladding, as well as the peace of mind your building being pressure treated which helps against rotting and decay.
This item comes delivered via a courier pallet delivery company who deliver the pallet kerb side only.
All required fittings and instructions are included.

Timber is an organic material, and as such, there might be slight variations in the listed measurements and the exact measurement of the building you receive. If in doubt please contact us.
Even though our dog kennel and run come pressure treated tanalised prior to delivery, we still recommend that the item is given an oil or spirit-based treatment which will give if protection against water being soaked into the timber. This will also prolong the life of the building.
15 Year Warranty
All Total Sheds products come with a 15 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against insect attack, rot, and decay. Please note you must carry out yearly maintenance as outlined in your instruction manual.

Delivery is FREE and 1-3 working days from date of order. 
This item comes delivered via a courier pallet delivery company who deliver the pallet kerb side only. Please note that gravel drives can occasionally pose a problem for some delivery vehicles and we may not be able to drive onto them.

Professional Installation Available
We like to make buying a Total Sheds building as stress-free as possible. Our Total Sheds assembly team are manufacturer approved and certified installers, so you can sit back, relax and let our expert fitters take care of everything.
Once you have purchased our installation service, our helpful customer service team will send you all the necessary information on how to prepare your garden for the installation. Before we arrange the installation we must ensure you have a firm, level base with a minimum of 60 cm space surrounding, for our installers to assemble your garden building upon and ensure they leave you with a building fit for many years of service. Once confirmed we will arrange a date that best suits you.Our friendly team will keep in contact and you’ll be given a 2-hour delivery slot, meaning there is no need for you to wait in all day. Our expert fitters are fully trained and will work professionally, carefully and quickly to ensure that your new garden building is constructed safely and to the highest standard in your chosen location.Once completed, our team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to unwind and enjoy your brand new garden building.
How To Ensure Your Installation Goes Ahead Smoothly
We will ask for images of the base and surrounding area to try and assess the suitability of the site, but please bear in mind that this is not a site survey and not us taking any responsibility for the site or checking it. We are simply doing our best to try and help everyone, to ensure things run smoothly on the day. We are not charging for a site survey or project management.
Should we arrive and find that things are not suitable (although we will try our best to ensure that things go ahead), then the job may not go ahead but may be charged in full.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have everything correct and in place before we arrive. (Although we will work with the end user to help ensure a smooth service).
We offer the assembly of a retail product only.
We will leave the packaging neatly for the customer to dispose of (useless agreed otherwise). Removal of packaging is available if required.
We cannot offer groundworks and this is not a “project managed” service.
